This beginner-friendly program offers high-energy, structured classes in a supportive environment, helping kids build strength, reduce stress, and develop resilience—all while having fun and making new friends. Whether your child is new to martial arts or looking for a fresh start this fall, this is the perfect time to kick off the school year with purpose and power!

Our annual Adirondacks Fitness Trip returns—this time with a brand-new challenge: the DOJO TRI.

Followed by lunch + a scenic team hike in the Adirondacks!

This is not a race—it's a journey of personal growth, community, and nature-powered fitness.

Ready to push your limits in the great outdoors? Join us on August 16th for our annual Adirondacks Fitness Trip, now featuring the brand-new Dojo Tri—an outdoor challenge. You’ll kayak through the beautiful ADK lakes, complete a hiking challenge and finish with a run or walk that leaves you feeling accomplished and alive. Whether you go solo or team up with a partner, this is about personal growth, not competition. After the challenge, we'll have a well earned lunch and finish with a team hike. It’s more than a fitness event—it’s a chance to connect, grow, and make unforgettable memories with an incredible community. All levels welcome.
